In 2015, Clean Up Australia is celebrating 25 years of volunteer action across Australia. Put yourself in the picture in 2015 and join the team on Clean Up Australia Day on Sunday, 1 March 2015.

Since the national event started in 1990 Australians have donated more than 27.2 million hours taking to their streets, bushland, parks and waterways on Clean Up Australia Day, removing an estimated 288,650 tonnes of rubbish from 145,754 sites across the country. In 2014, thanks to an estimated 572,406 volunteers we cleaned up 15,708 tonnes at 7,140 sites across Australia.
