Queensland proposed protected plants legislation changes, submissions close 24 March 2013

Queensland’s legislation managing the clearing and harvesting of native plants is being reviewed and comments are invited. The primary objective of the review is to reduce regulation and improve efficiency for business, whilst delivering better conservation outcomes for native plants. Submissions must be received by 24 March 2013.
