Global Climate Change Performance Index Results 2014
The Climate Change Performance Index Results 2014 includes a review of the national and international policies of 58 countries with respect to their efforts to avoid climate change. The selected countries are together responsible for more than 90% of global energy-related CO2 emissions. No country performed well enough to reach the category “very good”. Australia is in the “Very Poor” category and ranks the fifth worst of all 58 countries.
